McGuire earned the distinction by passing the CCIM Institute’s Comprehensive Examination after completing the organization’s rigorous curriculum.

“As the only CCIM designee in Huntington, I’m proud and honored to be able to serve investors in our area and provide them with the knowledge and expertise required to manage and grow their wealth and long-term investments,” McGuire said in a news release.

CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation and investment analysis. Approximately 6 percent of the estimated 150,000 commercial real estate practitioners nationwide hold the CCIM designation.

In addition to successfully completing the course of study, candidates for the CCIM designation must submit a portfolio of at least $10 million in transactions to establish their commercial real estate experience. The CCIM Institute is affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS.
